FAQ
Noisely is an AI-powered feedback tracking tool for brands that care about what customers are saying. It collects mentions and reviews from 22+ platforms including Reddit, YouTube, Trustpilot, Google Reviews, App Store, BBB, Yelp, and more, then uses AI to categorize, analyze sentiment, and turn feedback into actionable action items.
Noisely pulls data from 22+ incoming sources across four categories. Review platforms: Trustpilot, G2, Google Reviews, Google Business, App Store, Play Store, BBB, ConsumerAffairs, and Yelp. Community & social: Reddit, Hacker News, Quora, Bluesky, GitHub, DEV Community, Stack Overflow, YouTube, and Google News. Support tools: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and Canny. Plus CSV import for any source we do not cover natively. New integrations are added every month.
Every mention is analyzed by AI to detect sentiment (positive, negative, neutral), categorize feedback into 12 types (bug reports, feature requests, UX issues, praise, etc.), score urgency and impact, and detect duplicate feedback. Similar mentions are clustered into action items automatically.
You add your brand name, product names, or any keywords you want to track. Noisely then automatically scans all connected platforms for matches and imports them into your dashboard. For review platforms, you connect via URL or API credentials.
It happens, especially for brand names that collide with common words, idioms, or unrelated products. Every mention has a Not my brand button: one click removes it from your feed and cascades to the whole thread so related replies disappear too. Our AI learns from each dismissal and updates your brand's ambiguity filters, so the same type of mention stops showing up on future scrapes. Accuracy compounds as you use the tool.
Noisely supports 10 outbound push channels so action items and alerts reach you where you already work. Chat: Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Discord. Project management: Linear, Jira, Notion, and Asana. Data & automation: Google Sheets, Webhooks, and Email. You can push manually with one click or set up auto-push rules that fire whenever a new action item matches your filters.
Noisely automatically clusters similar feedback into action items. For example, 47 mentions of "shipping delays" across Reddit, Trustpilot, and Google Reviews become one action item ranked by frequency and impact. You can then push it to Jira or Linear with one click.
Social listening tools are built for marketing teams. Noisely is built for product teams. We don't just collect mentions, we categorize them as bugs, feature requests, or UX issues, cluster similar feedback into action items, and push them directly to your project management tools.
Noisely Pro costs $49/month and includes all 22+ feedback sources, 10 push channels, 2,000 AI analyses per month, real-time alerts, and the full analytics dashboard. No per-seat pricing. Enterprise plans are available for teams needing higher volume.

Noisely is built for product managers, founders, and customer success teams at any customer-facing company. Whether you run an e-commerce brand, a mobile app, an agency, or a SaaS product, Noisely helps you understand what customers are saying and turn that feedback into action.
I kept missing conversations about my own products. Reddit threads, G2 reviews, random tweets. It took a frustrated user emailing me directly for me to realize how much I was missing. The existing tools were either built for enterprise marketing teams with $30k budgets, or simple keyword alerters that buried me in noise.
So I built Noisely: a tool that actually listens where founders and small teams need it, filters out the noise with AI, and surfaces only what matters. No bloat, no sales calls, no enterprise pricing.
